В то же время остальные пункты западной целевой повестки по трансформации человеческой цивилизации XXI века в уже заданный ESG-формат экология, социальность, управляемость практически не изменились. Обязательными элементами этого формата выступают «глобальное потепление», «нулевой углеродный след», «зеленая энергетика», «критическая расовая теория», «трансгендерность» и так далее по списку. Никакой альтернативы здесь нет, а в представлении управляющих центров коллективного Запада — быть не может и не должно.
Тем более, с их стороны никакого запроса — во всяком случае, открытого — на смену дискурса не давалось, «план В» не готовился и не прорабатывался. Поэтому, наверное, не стоит особо радоваться столь явному выпадению украинской проблематики из глобалистской повестки дня. Данный инструмент оказался просто непригодным для выполнения запланированной с его использованием работы, а потому вместо него будут задействованы другие инструменты, которые и предстоит обсудить на Давосе-2024.
Иными словами, будет предпринята попытка переноса глобальной гибридной войны из военно-технической и финансово-экономической сфер, где «альянсу демократий» не удалось добиться каких-либо значимых успехов или даже перспектив их достижения, в сферу коммуникаций, где они продолжают иметь значительное превосходство.
Давос-2024 лозунг «Восстановление доверия» : — достижение безопасности и сотрудничества в расколотом мире; — формирование роста и занятости для новой эры; — искусственный интеллект как ведущая сила экономики и общества; — долгосрочная стратегия в области климата, природы и энергетики. Давос-2023 лозунг «Сотрудничество в фрагментированном мире» : — кризис стоимости жизни; — климатический и энергетический кризис; — «четвёртая промышленная революция». Как нетрудно убедиться, из этого списка приоритетных целей «выпал» конфликт на Украине, а тема сотрудничества в новом, постглобальном фрагментированном, расколотом мире дополнена темой безопасности.
